On our websites you can Search, Book, Review, Make changes or cancellations, Track upgrade usage and booking history, Designate up to 10 administrators and travel agents and Manage travellers preferences.
Flight bookings can be changed or cancelled up until seventy-two (72) hours before departure by contacting our customer service team at (650) 860-7080 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes/cancellations are subject to availability and fees may apply. Call us if changes/cancellations are within one (1) hour of the flight departure, we may be able to help you solve your flight problems.
Yes. Same-day changes can be done via our web self-service portal, by contacting our customer satisfaction team at (650) 860-7080 or at the airport with our concierge. Changes are subject to availability. Same-day airport standby may be permitted depending on routing, but its always best to just call us to get some certainty.
Currently, children between the ages of 8 to 16 cannot use our service, as unaccompanied minor service is not yet available. Children require a parent or guardian to accompany them. Children above the age of 16 can be added as travellers to multi-passenger flights in the same way as any other traveller.
Name changes of the lead passenger are not permitted once booked. Minor name changes due to misspellings can be corrected by sending an email to email@example.com or speak to one of our friendly concierge team members at the private jet terminal.
Vegas Jets takes pride in working with operators that meet stringent safety, operational and customer satisfaction programs. We are also proud to say that we do not have thousands of operators in our system, because we prefer to maintain very close ties to our partners and audit our operators on a regular basis. It would be our pleasure to let you know who is operating the flight and on which aircraft. If you have specific preferences, we would be happy to accommodate your request.
Generally, charters are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of flight departure and no refund, in whole or part, will be issued for unused or forfeited flights. The charter fee is due in full when the ticket is issued. You may alter your flight dates up to 72 hours in advance. Once a flight is confirmed, you can not make any further changes. If you have some unexpected circumstances, please call us. We will do our best to help you.
An electronic Itinerary receipt detailing your flight reservation is available on our self-service website. A detailed receipt will be issued to you via email upon completion of a flight booking.
