Whether it’s building the world’s first streaming music player, planning product launches for Richard Branson, or developing 3,000 MW of wind and solar energy facilities, Thomas believes that every problem has a solution. You just have to be creative enough to find it. He successfully guided his last company from a niche market in Toronto, to a North American power producer and a successful IPO for his investors. Thomas holds a B.Com in Finance & International Business with a minor in International Business Law from the Rotman School of Business at McGill University, Montreal. Along the way, Thomas has also actively invested in and advised other passionate startup entrepreneurs. Somehow, he’s also managed to win the International Song Writing Competition. It's music to our ears.



Rickard demonstrates daily that hard work can also be really fun. Whether that's building and scaling one of the largest consumer websites like or ushering in change in organizations like Bacardi, Rickard has a unique ability to attract a talented and cohesive team to scale any engineering challenge. Previously in charge of Digital Marketing and Product Lifecycle Management with Procter & Gamble, Rickard has proven to be an inspirational leader who can deliver exceptional mission critical software and services. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering. Beyond being a brilliant mind, amazing friend and father, he’s also an avid mountain climber.

Co-Founder & Head of Design

Peter Burjanec

Chances are if you do mobile banking or are a fan of soccer, you will have used an app using one of Peter's designs. As senior product designer for IBM he has designed UI/UX interfaces for the FIFA World Cup, Barclays Bank, US Bank and many more. A major hackathon fan, and up for any challenger to attempt to take his crown, Peter is a Facebook Intertech Hackathon and Google Hackathon Winner. Strangely, Peter also holds a B.Sc Hon. in Business and Economics from Edinburgh Napier University, England. So he can count beans too.

Director of Sales

Matthew Hale

Matthew oversees our sales strategy and is in charge of growing the company’s overall revenue. Prior to joining Vegas Jets Matthew was in charge of international sales for TF Publishing, handling major accounts including Amazon, Walmart and Costco. Prior to this he helped strategize the market access plan for Tiger Beer into Brazil on behalf of Asia Pacific Breweries, Singapore. Matthew holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in International Marketing from Samford University.


Nicholas Belsito

Nick is in charge of keeping our MVP on track, whether that's scaling Engineering to address the challenges that arise with rapid growth, or telling us to keep it simple and stay focused. Having started his own company's in the past, Nick maintains an amazing roster of engineering and developer talent at his side. Prior to joining us, Nick worked in Signal Technology and Integrated Defence Systems at Raytheon, a major U.S. defence contractor. Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Corporate Finance and Accounting, European History from Bentley University, Boston.

Business Development

George Pai

George is our resident networking guru and business development master. A San Francisco native, George has been active in Silicon Valley for the majority of this career, including notable positions at Fenox Venture Capital, as mentor at Techstars, in Sales at Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and as Program Manager for WeWork Labs. George holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
